It is a rebuild of the old PropertyMarketInsights.com site. The companion blog is Propwise.sg. The blog explains and advises. This site is for looking up and measuring.
What it is not
Charts show what happened. The cycle model is a reading of history, not a forecast. Calculators show their assumptions on screen, and they use rules with a stated date. Rules change, so check them with the authority (IRAS, MAS, HDB, URA) and with a licensed professional before you act.
Where the data come from
Mostly from public sources: URA, SingStat, data.gov.sg, HDB, MAS, CPF and IRAS. Transaction data come from URA transaction records. Every chart shows its source and the date of its data. The data page lists the sources, their licences and the gaps we know about.
Free and Member
Charts, calculators and summaries of each project (number of deals, median price and price range, all years) are free. The individual transactions, with unit details from 1995, plus exports and saved searches, are for members. Paid plans are not on sale yet. See the plans.
