2. Information only, no advice
The site gives data, charts, a cycle model and calculators. This is information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any property. Calculators use the assumptions shown on screen and rules with a stated date. Results are estimates. Check any decision with a licensed professional.
3. Data and accuracy
We take data from public sources and from URA transaction records, and we show the source and date on each chart. Data can be late, incomplete or later changed by the source. We list known gaps on the data page. We do not promise that the data are complete or free from error.
4. Accounts
You sign in with an email link. Keep your email account safe: anyone who can open the link can use your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are not on sale yet, and prices are not set. When they are, the plan page will state the price and what you get before you pay. Until then the owner may set a plan by hand.
6. Fair use
The service has limits on searches, exports and saved searches, shown on the plans page. Do not copy the site in bulk, use robots to get around the limits, resell the data, or share a member account. Unit-level data are for your own use.
7. Our content and third-party data
Charts, text and calculators are ours, unless marked. Data from other publishers stay under their own licences, listed on the data page. You may quote a chart with its source line. Ask before you republish tables.
8. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on its data or calculators. [The owner should have a lawyer check this clause and the governing law.]
