Before you buy or sell

The questions every buyer asks

  1. When is the best time to buy, and when to sell?
  2. Which areas and projects are worth a closer look?
  3. Residential, commercial or industrial?
  4. Freehold or leasehold?
  5. Landed or non-landed?

PropInsights.sg helps you answer them with data. It is a research and analysis membership site that covers every segment of the Singapore property market: the overall market, condos and apartments, landed homes, areas and regions, and commercial and industrial space.

It is built from official and public data. Every chart shows its source and the date its data runs to, and has a table of the values it plots. We hold data from these sources:

  • Singapore Department of Statistics (Table Builder)
  • Property Market Insights workbooks (2012 to 2013)
  • Housing & Development Board (via data.gov.sg)
  • Urban Redevelopment Authority (Data Service API)
  • Urban Redevelopment Authority (via data.gov.sg)

  • 6,300+ projects with price summaries
  • 51 years of price data, 1975 Q1 to 2026 Q2
  • 13 public data sources, each with a licence class
  • 11 calculators with stated assumptions

Prices to 2026 Q2. Deals to Oct 2026 (part month). Counts are worked out from the data files each time the site is built.
