Landed versus non-landed: which is the better buy?
Have scarce landed homes beaten condos and apartments, and who may buy them?
Asks whether landed homes, which are scarce, have been a better buy than condominiums and apartments. It also says who may buy landed property. Landed has grown faster than non-landed over every long period tested, but most of the lead came from one run of years (2009 to 2013), and since 2012 the two have been almost level.
