Detached, semi-detached and terrace houses
How do detached, semi-detached and terrace houses compare on price and growth?
Looks closer at detached, semi-detached and terrace houses, using the URA index by type to 2013 Q1 and median prices from transaction records for 1995 to 2012 and 2021 to 2026. Detached houses led on the index to 2013, terrace houses led on land price per sq ft after 2012, and the spread between types is small next to the rise in prices itself.

Types: detached, semi-detached, terrace, apartment, condominium. A run that already holds at 1990 Q1 is left out because its start is not in the data.
