Residential rents and yields by region

Which region pays the most rent for each dollar of price?

Asks which region pays the most rent for each dollar of price, and how rents moved. Rents rose fast to 2014, slid to 2017 and 2020, and then surged. Gross yields are close in all three regions, so the best region changes from time to time.
