How fast are developers selling?
How quickly do developers sell the homes they launch, and how much unsold stock is there?
Sell-through shows how fast developers sell the homes they launch. It adds the URA figures for CCR, RCR and OCR (ECs left out) and reads sell-through together with the stock of unsold homes. The stock of unsold homes peaked in 2008 and has since moved with the cycle.
